Palmer is starting nibble on hay which is normal for his age. Yep they start young! We are going to offer him some mare and foal grain and some milk pellets between milk delivery as often by a week or so foals will start nibbling from mom’s bucket.
Tomorrow doctor will ultrasound his lungs and see how his pneumonia is doing. Please pray that it’s clearing up.🙏🙏🙏
The cost of saving Palmers life is substantial, but how do you put a price tag on life? Seeing him wondering around that dirty lot, confused, literally dying was more than we could handle so we walked in faith that Palmers village would emerge. I’m praying I wasn’t wrong.
